I've been here over 20 times and haven't written a review. All the 20 times I've eaten here the food has been warm and fresh. Unfortunately today, it was not. I always order the Garlic beef and today it was FULL of FAT, the temperature was cool and did not taste as fresh like the usual times. The CHEESE BREAD was as hard as a rock and didn't taste fresh today. The beets were old tasting and did not taste fresh. I must have came on a wrong day. Very disappointing. Hopefully, to return in the near future.
We ate there for the first time on 12/28. The selection was awesome, the meats were very tasty and the service was fine. The price was reasonable and what we expected as they charge by the pound, just like this other place we've gone to in Massachusetts. Only thing that was a bummer was their cheese bread bombs... seems like it's only good when that comes out fresh because ours were kinda like rocks As far as ambiance, it's inside a mall food court and that place was pretty clean.
The servers were kind and attentive. They helped me pick out three best cuts for my liking since I'm not really a carnivore, but I needed protein. It was delicious and better than expected. Thank you!
Food is good a little bit salty I would work on customer service but overall everything is good and fresh
